How to use this tool
Upload a 1080 × 1920 image (or any image — the tool scales it to fit) and pick an overlay preset. The checker draws semi-transparent red zones where Instagram's UI elements sit: the profile bar and timestamp at the top and the reply tray or CTA at the bottom. If any non-transparent content falls inside those zones, the panel flags it so you can reposition before posting. Download the overlay preview to share with your team or keep as a reference.
